Love is something limitless and divine. We were born with the capacity to love. Sometimes we pick up belief systems that cause us to forget that we are love and we forget how to love ourselves.
Yet it is important to remember how to love yourself because it’s the point of connection to our higher self.
Throughout these 21 days we’ve been nurturing ourselves. To nurture means to care for and also to protect. Love is both caring and protective, and to bloom, we need to care for and protect what is budding and blooming. This really starts with self-love. Sending your self love on a daily basis in a caring, protective, nurturing way is very nurturing. Take a minute a day to tell yourself something kind – compliment something you’ve observed or encourage yourself for trying something new for the first time or for learning. We’re all learning! Be kind, generous and respectful in the way you speak to yourself.
Recognize how hard you’re trying in this world.
Those seeds of love will continue to burst forward and to grow. You’ll gain courage to walk the path that you are meant to walk and complete the mission you are here to complete. You’ll be able to live your purpose and to live in alignment and synchronicity with your true nature.
I’ll offer you a minute of being-ness in silence as we close out our 21st day of the 9:09 is nurture time challenge
Ready to begin?
First, pause for this moment and totally focus on yourself. Close your eyes. Let all the distractions fall away. Breathe in. Breathe out.
Center in on this thought: Love blooms from within.
Give yourself a hug, a round of applause and a pat on the back.
That’s it for today. Sending you blessings on blessings and big hugs. I hope you continue the practice and enjoy many, many tomorrows of 9:09 is nurture time.
